Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will enforce our Sales & Business Development Unit
working on Corporate Software Solutions. The BDM shall integrate our branch of Business
Development team in Cairo to develop our business around our Enterprise Software
Solutions in Egypt and in the region and to collaborate closely with Infosysta teams located
mainly in Beirut, Dubai and Riyadh.

The Candidate will:

· Work on Sales Target (Quarterly, Semesterly, Yearly)
· Manage his/her Sales & Go-to-market strategies
· Collect Leads and manage them in the CRM
· Work hand-by-hand with Marketing Department to build Goto Market Plans &
Strategies to accelerate the Leads generation & convert them into hot leads
· Answer Sales Support Requests
· Conduct Pre-sales and Sales meetings at Clients premises by providing demos on
Infosysta Software Solutions including JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, App4Legal and
more.
. Provide official answers to Requests For Proposals & Requests For Information
· Convert Leads into Clients
· Cross-sell / up-sell with existing Clients
· Provide First Level Sales Support for existing accounts
· Contribute to the Global Business Development activity and challenges at Infosysta
· Contribute in enhancing the Sales offering and channel of communications with Leads
· Maintain Infosysta CRM up-to-date with Leads & Clients information
Desired Skills & Experience:
· Holding a relevant university degree from a reputable institution
· A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Software Sales, Pre-sales and Business
Development positions, with an excellent knowledge of the Local & Regional Market
· Mastering Software implementation techniques (Workflow Systems, Collaboration
Solutions, Document Management, Project Management or other)
· Experience on Jira or Confluence is a plus
· Experience in ALM, SDLC, Business Process or DevOps is a plus
· Excellent verbal & writing communication skills, especially in English
· Familiar with Management By Objective (Sales Targets)
· Customer Oriented
· Excellent Organization skills
· Excellent Cross-group collaboration and teamwork skills
· Flexible to adapt quickly to short, new missions or urgent deadlines
Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: based on profile + Incentive
Location : Infosysta, Cairo, Maadi, Egypt.
Work days: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday
Travels: Based on Business Development needs
