As we reach the end of H1 2025, I would like to take this opportunity to share an update on Infosysta’s progress and strategic direction for the remainder of the year. The first half of 2025 has been marked by solid growth across our key markets, particularly in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

We are pleased to report a 37% year-over-year increase in our services business, this is a direct result of our strategic focus on delivering long-term value through our cutting-edge service engagements. We have also introduced structural improvements to enhance service delivery and operational alignment. Notably, the establishment of a dedicated Licensing Department has enabled better responsiveness and compliance with our Business Development teams hence resulting in faster time to market with all of our clients.

In parallel, we had the privilege of hosting senior executives from Atlassian in the Middle East. This visit was instrumental in reinforcing the strategic importance of the region and in securing stronger alignment and support from Atlassian across several key initiatives. Looking ahead, our priorities remain clear:

• Deepening our partnerships through managed services and strategic consulting
• Enhancing our delivery capabilities across all project phases
• Continuing to invest in the talent and systems required to support your evolving needs
